Study Summary
A human observational study evaluated the effects of a standardized Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) preparation on stress-related symptoms, in support of brain health and overall well-being. Participants consumed a daily oral dose equivalent to 12 g of Bacopa monnieri over a period of two to four weeks while maintaining a consistent diet. Multiple psychological, cognitive, physiological, and biochemical parameters were monitored at regular intervals to assess changes associated with supplementation. The findings suggest that Bacopa monnieri supports emotional balance, mental performance, and stress adaptation without reported adverse effects.
